2. Returns Policy
2.1 7 days cooling-off period (EU only)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item
purchased from The HandbagFreak & Accessories, for a full refund. However, this does not apply to a purchase of tailor-made/customised product.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, (this includes letter, fax or email), quoting your
order number, within seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You may be asked to keep some evidence of having given the cancellation notice, such as a certificate of
posting or confirmation of fax transmission.
If however your order has already been processed, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us.

2.2 Return or exchange an item
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returns.
All items dispatched from The HandbagFreak & Accessories are inspected before dispatch, we will not refund items that have been tampered with, had the tags removed or have been used, (including cigarette smoke damage). We also suggest that you return items via Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we can not be responsible for lost parcels. Please also note that private delivery companies will not deliver to our PO Box so again we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Please note: you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. Where you cancel an order under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a duty to return the goods to us.

2.3 Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
